Dr. Megan Anderson in her office doorway in Lewes DE

Hi, I’m Megan.

Physical therapist, endo warrior, yoga and pilates educator, and puzzle solver of pain.

I help women who are tired of being dismissed, overwhelmed by symptoms that don’t make sense, and ready for someone to finally listen.

I’ve been there. What started as hip pain became a personal journey through endometriosis, back pain, infertility, and a long road toward trusting my body again. Along the way, I discovered how powerful healing can be when someone sees the full picture—and believes you.

That’s the work I do now.

Your pain isn’t random. It’s part of a story.

And stories deserve to be heard.

In our sessions, we won’t just focus on one symptom or one diagnosis. We’ll start pulling the threads—past injuries, your cycle, stress patterns, movement habits, even early life experiences—until the bigger picture begins to make sense.

It’s not about rushing. It’s about understanding.

So you can stop chasing symptoms and start rebuilding trust in your body.

How I work:

  • A blend of science, intuition, and lived experience

  • Advanced training in pelvic health, trauma-informed care, and mind-body science

  • Deep listening to both what you say and what your body is trying to tell us

  • A belief that movement is healing, and that everybody deserves to feel good in theirs

This work is personal.
It’s powerful.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

  • …Megan is not only a physical healer but also an emotional, mental and spiritual healer. At each session, I was met with openness and understanding. She was always prepared with a plan that somehow was perfectly timed for what I needed that day and was always willing to adjust based on my needs…

  • Working with Megan has been an incredible experience. After just a few sessions with her I was noticing a difference in pain. I was looking for someone who could specifically help with endometriosis and she is truly knowledgeable about women’s health and endo. The investment in your health is absolutely worth it and I would recommend her to anyone.

  • Megan took the time to understand my pain/discomfort and my personal goals. At each visit she would listen to what was working and what might need to be modified and then she developed the next steps. She has been instrumental in helping me return to the activities that are important to me; pilates, working out, golf and an active life.

  • Megan is awesome! She was able to help me in ways I did not know I needed help. No more pain or discomfort and the exercises she gave me have been a game changer! Highly recommend 😃
