What is Integrative Physical Therapy?

Integrative Physical Therapy is a Mind-Body approach to therapy to consider all of you. We look beyond the primary spot of pain or problem to consider areas of the body connected to your symptoms. We also educate on the science of pain and the role of the nervous system to empower you in your health and feeling better. What is important to you matters to us. We encourage you to be an active participant and teammate in your care.

To begin, we will dive deep into how you are supported in your life. We will work together to build awareness of both your physical and energetic bodies to help you be more present with yourself, with your loved ones, and in your daily life. This is not a quick fix path to healing, but the skills that you build as we work together will be noticeable from the onset and will eventually lead you to living your best life possible.

Whether through physical therapy to heal an injury or via health coaching to generally live a better, more supported life, we will challenge you to show up for yourself and ask for what you need. With gentle and loving guidance, we will hold space for your self discovery and empower you to trust your own innate ability to heal. This isn't about fixing anything - you are not broken.

Each session will be unique to your specific needs. Recommendations to meet with other complimentary providers may be made (as necessary) to ensure you have the most complete team to support you in your journey to a better you.

We work with women of all ages who are ready to take an active role in their health and healing, and we would love to speak with you further when you’re ready.
