Mindful Movement

What are you doing to nourish your mind, body, and spirit through the uncertainty that the winter holds?
This will be a series of classes led virtually to guide you in a gentle movement practice. Every class will also include a guided meditation. We will integrate the science of unwinding the nervous system with practices to experience moving our bodies and minds into a place of safety. You will feel relaxed and simply wonderful.
My intention is to offer a regular (but not weekly) practice to guide you through the uncertainty of the next few months. When I taught mindful movement through the fall/ spring of 2020, we created a lovely community and it was such a joy to connect virtually in a healing way. I hope to bring the same sense of peace and safe space once again.
